The following terms and
conditions relate to all training courses:-

CommsCourses is a trading name of BBW
Consultants Ltd.

Courses will, wherever
possible, be presented as described and will
be updated in line with technological
change.

No refunds are available for
non attendance for whatever reason.

Attendance certificates will
be dispatched by post within 30 days of
course completion.

No responsibility for
consequential loss is accepted whatsoever
for the subsequent use or implementation of
ideas or information presented.

BBW reserve the right to
amend any details, content, titles or
duration's of training courses as they see
fit.

In the event that the course
has to be cancelled (e.g. due to the illness
of the lecturer), BBW will refund the course
cost only. No liability is accepted for any
other costs incurred.

BBW reserve the right to
cancel or reschedule any course.
- Cancellation: You may cancel
your registration up to three weeks before
your course date. A charge of 25% (plus VAT)
of the course fee will be charged to cover
administration costs. A participant
substitute will be acceptable, although we
would ask that this be made known to the
admin office before the start of the course.
Cancellation within three weeks of your
course date will be fully chargeable, no
refunds will be given.
- VAT Invoice: A full VAT
invoice will be dispatched within 10 working
days of receiving payment for the course
booked.
- Payment: Full payment for the
booked course must be dispatched within 7
days of the invoice and before the date of
the course.
- Course venues will be
notified to delegates prior to the start of
the course – they will be in the city/area
indicated.
