BBW CommsCourses is the training arm of BBW Consultants Ltd, one of the leading independent UK communications consultancies. We provide highly flexible and professional training in all aspects of communications, from introductory level to communications management.
CommsCourses is the only comprehensive and structured communications training programme available in the UK. Our practical approach to courses is designed to ensure delegates can apply their new skills when they return to work.
All of the courses are friendly, accessible and include a full range of supporting information and documentation.
Our Training Approach
The approach we take to training is different to many other training providers. Of course, we provide all of the usual high quality presenters, presentations, training materials and handouts but we evaluate ourselves on how much you actually feel you can implement at the end of a course.
CommsCourses Training Programme
The CommsCourses training programme can provide complete communications training from entry level to instructor but that doesn't mean you have to cover courses you already know. Delegates come into the programme at an appropriate level depending on their previous training and experience.
The training programme comprises both core and specialist courses. Core courses are required to move through the programme and are designed in order that each course builds knowledge required for the next course. Core courses cover a wider range of material across all aspects of communications. Specialist courses present information on a specific subject which may be relevant to your organisation. Many delegates treat these as separate courses which they attend when an issue is particularly relevant or important within their organisation.

Knowledge Development Option
We all know that sometimes you will study a course, remember the information for a few days and then will have forgotten most of it weeks later. The Knowledge Development option helps you to retain the information that you have learnt in the course by reviewing the materials and information and helps you to remember what you have learnt. You will receive a text book for further reading, knowledge reviews and a final quiz to test how much you have learnt from the course.

All of our courses are available in a relaxed and friendly classroom environment. We keep class sizes to a maximum of six to ensure an effective learning environment. Courses are routinely scheduled in London and other parts of the UK.
